Ensuring responsible waste management for a sustainable India

A short story about Construction Debris Responsibility

Every construction site tells a story of growth—but it also leaves behind debris.
Under Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), that debris is no longer waste; it becomes a responsibility.

Turning waste into Resources
Responsible Recycling. Sustainable Construction

Each truck of C&D waste entering our facility is digitally weighed and recorded, ensuring full traceability. What once cluttered landfills is carefully segregated, crushed, and screened through a controlled recycling process. Metals are recovered, materials are refined, and nature is given a second chance.

The result is transformation

Recycled aggregates and engineered sands—20 mm, 12 mm, 6 mm aggregates, medium sand, and plaster sand—are produced and sent back into construction, closing the loop.

Closing the loop through EPR

Waste collected responsibly. Resources recovered efficiently. Construction made sustainable.

By taking ownership of waste, we help cities build smarter—without taking more from the earth.

  • C&D Waste Management Rules 2016: These rules emphasize the importance of recycling and fostering eco-friendly construction practices. It is crucial for construction firms to adopt sustainable measures that not only reduce waste but also promote environmental well-being, encouraging builders to integrate recycling initiatives that lessen the ecological footprint of their projects.

  • C&D Waste Management Rules 2025 (Effective from 1st April 2026): As the construction industry evolves, these regulations introduce stricter measures aimed at enhancing waste management protocols. A minimum of 10% of C&D recycled products will become mandatory in projects exceeding 20,000 square meters, serving the dual purpose of boosting recycling rates and ensuring a more sustainable approach to material use in construction. This proactive step is essential for reducing landfill contributions and promoting a circular economy in the building sector.
